All grazing tables, boards, and boxes are priced and portioned based on a grams-per-person calculation. This allows us to use a variety of board styles while ensuring each order includes the same generous amount of food.

Orders that include boards, serving pieces, or utensils requiring return are subject to an additional 15% refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be fully refunded once all items are returned in their original condition.

Our tables are designed as a grazing experience, not a full plated meal (unless otherwise arranged). Guests can expect a generous assortment that allows them to graze throughout the event.
If your charcuterie table is meant to replace a meal, we can design a more substantial spread — just let us know during planning.
For large events, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and peak seasons. Some dates book out quickly, so earlier is always better.

Absolutely. Tables can be styled to complement your event’s aesthetic, colour palette, or brand. Custom florals, and themed elements may be added as an upgrade if not include in your table package.
Disposable plates, napkins, and serving utensils are typically not included. They can be add for an additional cost.
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. Full details are outlined in your event contract.
Yes. Heirloom + Maple carries appropriate food liability insurance and operates in accordance with local health authority guidelines.
